Everything was nice, reasonably clean hotel, exceptionally nice location close to tram & S Bahn stop. Have spent here 1 night and our privilege queen room was newly remodelled. We had a very clean bed, a shower, a hairdryer and dressing gowns.

I stayed at Mercure Hotel City Nord for a short time while attending the IIHF World Championship. The location was perfect, close to the airport and only 6km from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated near public transport and has a great breakfast. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, ensuring a refreshing start to the day.
